Why we can afford to guarantee this
We cannot sit the exam for you, but we can get you ready for it. That part is yours. The rest is on us: every section of the PSI outline, written from the 2026 NEC. And if you do the work and still do not pass, you get every dollar back. That is why we can charge once and mean it.
You do not have to take our word for it. The first module of each section and the 20-question free exam are open, no card. See the questions yourself before you spend anything.
Lifetime access: 14 days
Email mit@mitryxa.com within 14 days of buying. If you have completed fewer than 5 lessons and used fewer than 20 tutor credits, we refund the full $149. No form, no reason needed. We check the two numbers against your account and reply within one business day.
The 7-day pass: 24 hours
The $9 pass unlocks everything at once and expires by itself, so it is refundable only within 24 hours of purchase and before you have answered a practice question. If you buy lifetime while the pass is active, the $9 is credited toward it.
Tutor credit packs
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days. Spent credits are not, because the cost is incurred when a credit is used. Credits never expire.
The Pass Guarantee
If you do the work and still do not pass the official exam, we refund the lifetime purchase in full. "Do the work" means all four of these, and we check them against your account:
- You sat the official exam within 6 months of buying.
- You completed every published lesson.
- You scored 85% or higher on at least 3 full-length mock exams here.
- You email mit@mitryxa.com within 30 days of your result date with a photo of the official result notice showing your name, the exam date and the failing result.
Please do not charge back
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your card issuer or bank rather than requesting a refund through the channels above, we may suspend or terminate your account access pending resolution. Initiating a chargeback after receiving a refund is grounds for permanent account termination. A refund request is faster than a dispute and it is the same money.
